At APEXJERSEYS, we are committed to leading through quality and maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction. We are a passionate team, utilizing innovative processes and equipment to guarantee the quality of our print and embroidery work.
Our Quality Guarantee
We always strive for perfection. In the rare event of an error on our part, we want your after-sales experience to be worry-free. Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will resolve the issue.

If items in your order are printed or embroidered materially different from your final design, or are applied to incorrect products, we will reproduce the incorrect pieces or issue a full or partial refund upon your request.

If we are unable to correct the error after attempting a remake, we will refund you for those specific items. The refund will be processed within 1-2 business days after we receive the returned items (if applicable).
Order Cancellations
All our products are personalized and made-to-order. A customization fee is included in the price of each item. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us your order number and reason.

We can only cancel and fully refund orders that have not yet entered production.

Once production has begun, cancellation is subject to a $20 restocking fee per item.
Refund Process
Refunds are issued for the original amount paid, minus any shipping fees and production costs for personalized items (unless the error was due to an incorrect shipment on our part).
Once your return is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note:

It may take an additional 7-10 business days from the confirmation date for the funds to appear in your account.

It may take an additional billing cycle for the refund to show on your card statement.

All custom, made-to-order, and print-on-demand items are FINAL SALE. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are offered, except in cases of our error as outlined above.

If your order has a manufacturing defect, is the wrong item, or arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo/video evidence. We will offer a resolution such as a remake, replacement, partial/full refund, or store credit.

After 30 days from receipt, all orders are permanently closed and no further claims, refunds, or adjustments can be accepted.

Our products are custom-made and are not manufactured by, endorsed by, or affiliated with any professional sports brands, leagues, or manufacturers.
