How Will I Know My Order Has Shipped?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our facility. Please note that due to the custom-made nature of our products, order processing may take 5-9 business days before shipment. After receiving the confirmation email, please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. We primarily use DHL and USPS for international delivery. Production times remain the same, but shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Please be aware that customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their country, which are in addition to the shipping cost paid at checkout.

If a personalized product requires remanufacturing to meet our quality standards, your order may be delayed. We only ship items that have passed our rigorous quality inspection to ensure you receive a perfect product.
