• License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

• Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to misuse the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to: violating any law, infringing intellectual property rights, posting harmful or fraudulent content, interfering with the Platform's security, or using data mining tools.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

• Custom Designs & Accuracy: You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your custom design specifications (e.g., team names, player numbers, logos). Please review your design carefully using our live preview tool before placing an order. We are not liable for errors in the final product resulting from your submitted design.

• Pricing: All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.

• Payment: Payment is processed at the time you place your order. All payments are subject to our designated payment processor's terms.

4. Intellectual Property

• Our Ownership: The Platform, its content, features, functionality, "Apexjerseys" name/logo, and all related graphics are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

• Your Content: By submitting designs, text, images, or other content ("Your Content"), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and transmit Your Content solely to provide the Services (e.g., to send your design to the factory for production).

• Your Responsibility: You represent and warrant that Your Content does not infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights (like copyrighted logos or trademarks you do not own). You are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions for any logos or designs you submit.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• "As Is" Service: THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE EXPLICITLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

The seat of arbitration shall be Guangzhou, and the proceedings shall be conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
